How To Make Money With Videoblogs
One of my favorite ways to make money online is with videoblogs. By videoblogs I don't mean your own clips (though I am a big fan of talented people like ZeFrank), but rather setting up a nich video site with 100% content provided by Google Video or You Tube.
This isn't a huge money making endeavor, but rather just a way to make extra $800-$1000 a month with your hobbies. For example, I am a HUGE FAN of online documentaries. I watch two to five documentaries each and every day. So I created a blog called Best Free Documentaries. The blog gets 2000 daily visitors because it fills the niche - fresh new quality documentaries every single day.
As soon as I develop a new interest - I set up a videoblog for it. For instance, I have a videoblog called Paranoid Video for things like Charles Manson Interview and once I fell in love with standup comedians Bill Hicks and George Carlin, I set up a blog called Standup Kings.
Monetizing videoblogs is brainlessly simple. AdSense won't generate much income on videoblogs, but selling links the smart way will. Amazon.Com also happens to be a perfect match for videoblogs, especially when you have a video with book author (for more tips on making money with Amazon read my old but proven article How I Made Over $3000 From Amazon.Com In Two Days )

Documentaries - VideoBlogs
Dmitri:
Thank you for posting this! I had read it awhile back via RSS feed and something today sparked my interests to find this post again to re-read.
I'm a big fan of Documentaries and was curious to what you wrote about your VideoBlogs (Paranoid Videos & Standup Kings)are you saying with the Google Ad Words and possibly incorporating Amazon Affiliate Links that you are generating $800 - $1000 per month on these videoblog sites?
You are also promoting Text Link Ads for monetization.
I can imaging you do have some loyal return visitors to the videos.
Without sounding confrontational - are you really bringing in that amount each month? That is great! I just find it shocking/impressive.
Maybe you have scores of them that you have multiple streams of income from many documentaries.
