Forming a limited liability corporation or incorporating in Nevada or Delaware is getting to be a very popular. One reason is shielding yourself from lawsuits and other liabilities, and another one is the tax breaks corporations enjoy.

In the recent years, an entire industry of “order a corporation” has sprung up and there are literally hundreds of sites where you can order a Nevada or Delaware corporation online for 50 to 300 dollars. There are other states that incorporate, too. Wyoming corporations have been fairly popular recently, for example.

In short, this is a niche with hundreds of thousands prospects, thousands of companies and individual lawyers that provide this service and hundreds of advertisers bidding online for keywords. Which translates into a great AdSense niche, especially because the average sale price is fairly high (annual fees and other surcharges aren’t usually advertised, but they are there nevertheless).

After playing with this niche, I found quite a few keywords that trigger ads that pay anywhere between 30 and 50 cents on average (individual clicks may go over a dollar).

Form LLC

Incorporate

Form Corporation

Nevada Corporation

Delaware Corporation

There are quite a few other keywords, but I don’t want to spoil it for everybody, so you’ll need to do your own research. Surprisingly, the form a corporation niche hasn’t been overtaken by MFA sites, at least not yet. If you’d like to see an example of AdSense page that profits from this niche, go to

If you figure out how to play this niche, you might want to consider a sister niche of “tax shelters” and “offshore corporation”.

In order not to violate Google TOS, I rate niches with my own star system. ** - $0.20-$0.30 per click average, *** - $0.30-$0.50 per click average, **** - $0.50-$0.70 per click average, ***** - $0.70-$1.20 per click average. While I don’t mind sharing information on ***** niches, I don’t make this information publicly available because it would quickly kill these niches or get Google pissed off at me.

All AdSense niches were tested by me personally and your results shouldn’t be very different, unless your account was smart-priced, too much time passed since my testing, MFA got a hold of the niche or your site or traffic source sucks big time (think MySpace).
